Sabbatical is over - I'm back!

Hi everyone

It's been a while since I've been awol. Just wanted to let you know I'm back and hope that you are all well and still keen to have interactive sessions on this blog.

I have gone through a lot of changes since, which required me to take a bit of time off, eg. new job, change of working hours, getting my family organised and settled into the new year etc.. but I happy to say that all is well and I have finally settled into a comfortable routine and at a pace I seem to be thriving at.
